Sliding around


Sometimes I get a bit bored with 'normal' bodyweight training. In fact this workout is also only using your own bodyweight, but I've added some other nice things to make it even more challenging and with this I mean mouse pads. Of course you can also use small towels, paper plates or professional 'fitness slide discs'. What's the advantage of this? Those slides cause instability and therefor your muscles have to work even harder in order to hold the position. You can do so many different exercises with some simple mouse pads, but this time I'm focussing on the upper body and mostly on our abs. Always make sure to maintain a strong core and a straight back, you'll feel it when you got it right ;-).

Education is important but big biceps are importanter


 HAHA.... This legendary and funny quote of Arnold Schwarzenegger points out on which part I'm focusing in this workout video (of course education is importantER ;-)). It's all about our biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and back. My biceps is only a baby yet, but we all know "Good things come to those who sweat" and that's what you are going to do in this workout.

Outdoor Workout Pt.2



As I promised in one of my previous posts, I'll upload another Outdoor Workout. This time it focuses on our Abs and Obliques. Achieving a flat stomach can be really difficult and often takes a long time of hard work and discipline. If you want to get rid of fat in that area, it's actually impossible to achieve this 'only' with fitness.

Outdoor Workout Pt. 1


I love to workout outside! Especially when the sun is out :-) 

This short workout focuses on your inner thighs and butt and can be performed e.g. after a cardio or HIIT session to add a little muscle training. If you have any questions, don't hesitate asking them!

Best Friends Workout


Train together, stay together! This lovely quote applies not only for couples, but also for friends! Having the same hobby such as doing sports, can be a lot of fun and weld together! Time flies if you and your friend workout together and the exercises appear easier (at least some of them). 

My best friend and me compiled a workout, which focusses on your whole body and is designed for two people. The workout consists of six moves, whereof some can be performed together at the same time and some require different positions for each person. In the letter case I would recommend to alternate between the positions after every set, but you could also stay in your position for the three rounds and then change positions. That's totally up to you.

Get your booty in shape ...


I guess you all know the saying 'A beautiful rear can also endear', but in this case we want to focus a little bit lower and with this I mean on our bum. This part of our body is probably one of the most extolled and admired things when it comes down to body sites. Somewhere deep down we all wish for a firm, round and sexy booty. Why? I think I've once read in a newspaper that unknowingly we connect a 'bigger' bottom with femininity and therefore beauty. 

However, I think we shouldn't stay at the psychological point of view but rather in the practical section: How can you achieve a firmer bottom? I've compiled a workout concluding my favorite exercises, which are mainly focusing on our back side. The workout consists of seven different exercises with 3 sets each and the headed repetitions. In this workout you will definitely feel your muscles burn. Don't forget to stretch!
